Basic strawberry ice cream

  • 1 scoop optimum nutrition whey protein, vanilla ice cream flavor

  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup sugar free strawberry preserves. This really kicks up the strawberry flavor and eliminates the need for extra sweetener.

  • 1/2 tsp guar gum

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blueberry cheesecake ice cream

  • 1 scoop (31 g) whey protein isolate, unflavored. Strong vanilla flavors will mask the cheesecake flavor.

  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 package sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix

  • 1/2 tsp guar gum

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
